Outdoor Experience Returns - Airshow Dates Set

Planes of Fame Air Museum Reopens

Looking to get outside and view some of the world's most famous and notable aircraft?  Then plan a visit to the "Outdoor Experience" at Planes of Fame Air Museum at the Chino Airport.

With the promise of sunny skies, the "Outdoor Experience" kicks off this Saturday, January 30, 2021.  Guests can walk through most of the 10 acre outside areas of the Museum and view the aircraft from just inside the hangar doors.  Museum Guides (wearing masks and maintaining social distancing) will be available to tell stories about the aircraft collection.

The "Outdoor Experience" will run from Thursdays thru Sundays. Hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm.

The Gift Shop will also be open during these days and times.  And the Boeing B-17 "Flying Fortress" will be open on Saturdays and Sundays for guests to visit up-close and learn about the role this aircraft played in World War II.

All guests must wear a face-covering and maintain six-feet social distance from others not in their immediate household.  We're opening most of the doors of the Museum to minimize touch points and sanitizer is available in the rest rooms and Gift Shop.

It's great to be back open and we hope to see you soon!
