The CAF Wings Over Houston Airshow takes place on October 31 – November 1, 2026 (with a special drive-in preview on Friday, October 30), at Ellington Airport in Houston, Texas.
Event Schedule & Times
Friday, October 30 (Drive-In Preview): Gates open at 2:00 PM; flying runs from roughly 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Saturday & Sunday, October 31 – November 1: Gates open at 8:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM (no admittance after 3:00 PM). Aerial performances run approximately from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Featured Performers & Highlights
Headliner: The world-famous U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds (F-16 demonstration team).
Special Debuts & Tributes: NASA "Freedom 250" F-5 jet formation celebrating America's 250th birthday, a special Vietnam War heritage tribute featuring rare warbirds, and the rare return of the civilian-operated F-4 Phantom II.
Other Aircraft: United Airlines Boeing demo, C-17 Globemaster III, KC-135 Stratotanker, and an extensive static display of vintage and modern military aircraft.
Tickets & Admission
Pricing: General admission and premium tickets range from $35 to $150, available online or via card at the gate (no cash accepted at the entry gates).
Family Value: Each adult general admission ticket includes free entry for up to six children ages 14 and under.
