Description

Join the Western Museum of Flight for a rare historical presentation exploring German Aviation in China’s Middle Kingdom. Professor Thomas H. Hahn, Ph.D. (UC Berkeley) will share the remarkable photographic legacy of pioneering German aviator Captain Hans Koester, offering a unique aerial perspective of China during the 1930s and 1940s.

The program also features Dr. Jon Arenberg, Northrop Grumman Fellow and Chief Mission Architect for Science and Robotic Exploration, presenting “Inventing Tomorrow: Imagining the Space Observatories of the Future.”
